Public Knowledge Legal Director Harold Feld was a guest on CNBC's "The Powergrid" earlier today. Harold debated talk radio host Ben Ferguson on the topic of competition in the wireless telecom marketplace and discussed the Department of Justice's recent announcement that it would review the business practices of major wireless carriers. My heart skipped when I saw “Harold Feld” and “Powergrid” in my RSS reader. With both Matthew and Brian flashing board game geekage in their introductions, my mind raced along the possibility of an explication of emerging antitrust policy by reference to the geek’s Powergrid. Alas …
And, if board gaming had become so enmeshed in PK interoffice chatter, I’d miss it even more.
