I'm going to blog today from The Hyperlinked Society Conference sponsored by The Annenberg School at The University of Pennsylvania. Clearly, the premise of the conference, that "links" are becoming the basic forces that relate creative works to one another, could be severely challenged if the House Telecom Bill passed last night, becomes the law of the land.
