Opposition to Motion to Hold in Abeyance in American Library Association et al. v. Federal Communications Commission, et al., commonly known as the Broadcast Flag Court Challenge.
Petitioners ALA et al. hereby oppose the motion of Respondent FCC to hold the case in abeyance pending action by the Commission on petitions for administrative reconsideration of the challenged Commission action.
