Public Knowledge will host a press briefing at noon following FCC Commissioner Pai’s 10:30 a.m. press conference February 10.
Harold Feld, Senior Vice President of Public Knowledge, and Michael Scurato, Policy Director of the National Hispanic Media Coalition, will address Commissioner Pai’s remarks and the effort to portray the bipartisan consensus on network neutrality as a partisan issue. We will also discuss Commissioner Pai’s “bullet points,” which have previously been discredited by independent reports and legal analysis.
