Last Friday, Public Knowledge filed comments on the Federal Election Commission’s recent Notice of Proposed Rulemaking entitled, “Internet Communications Disclaimers and Definition of ‘Public Communication’.” The NPRM proposes two different methods for adding disclaimer requirements to online election ads.
